Diversity Dimensions is pleased to announce an exciting addition to the Ownership and Management of the organisation.
Following a long and successful corporate career Vittoria Borazio has joined Diversity Dimensions as a partner in what she sees as a leading edge firm in the field of diversity. Vittoria will act as Managing Director, a role that her background sees her well suited to carry out. Vittoria says that she is excited to be joining the business as it enters into a new phase of growth through expansion of product offerings and services.
She says that "Staying ahead of the market in the ever changing world of diversity consulting” is a constant challenge. Vittoria has a record of business achievement at a senior level with experience in all size and types of entities from global companies, publically listed, professional services, SME’s, government sector and not-for-profit organisations.
She has extensive international experience covering UK, Europe, Asia and the USA which has provided her with worldwide exposure to best practice in the field of diversity. Diversity Dimensions founder and CEO Carolyn Gallaway is delighted to have Vittoria on board.
